Check-in: 3:00 PM – midnight

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Arrival/Departure: During peak season (25 Jul–28 Aug summer, 19 Dec–5 Mar winter), Saturday to Saturday only. Outside peak season, any day of the week.

Deposit: 30% non-refundable at booking. Balance paid on arrival before departure.

Right of withdrawal: For accommodation services with a fixed booking date, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 59(n) Codice del Consumo). The cancellation terms stated here apply.

Prices: All prices are in euros and include VAT. The local tourist tax is charged additionally per person per night, payable on site.

Pets: on request

Smoking: outdoor areas only

Liability: The landlord accepts no liability for accidents, theft or damage.

Applicable law: Italian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
