Your data is used to process inquiries, to handle bookings (performance of contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to technically provide this website.

Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Booking & Payment
Booking data is processed for the performance of the contract and stored in our database (Neon, server location EU/Frankfurt). Payments are processed by Nexi Payments S.p.A.; you enter your card details exclusively on Nexi's secured payment page — they are never stored on our servers. Booking data is deleted once statutory retention periods (e.g. tax law) have expired.
Email Delivery & Hosting
Booking and contact emails are sent via the service provider Resend; the website is hosted by Vercel (data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, EU standard contractual clauses for third-country transfers).
Cookies
This website uses technically necessary cookies and local storage (language setting, season preference, cookie choice). Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
Google Analytics
Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to statistically analyse website usage. Data may be transferred to Google servers (including in the USA). You can withdraw your consent at any time at the bottom of this page.
Google Maps
For the map view in the footer we use an embedded Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.). When the page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our location (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
